Covering the outer tip of the eyebrow and passing the corner of the eye, it turns out to cross the line of the cheek half way down.
Continuing outwards, the fringe twists gently round the side layers which, here on the right, are longer than their counterparts on the left: chin height at the neck and lengthening towards the front, they end in a ragged, angled line beside the throat.
Opposite, on the left side of the part, the hair is drawn down on an angle and tucked behind the ear. Longer layers fall from further back, remaining behind the ear and well clear of the left cheek as they fall to chin length and curve in to the neck.
