My hair is fine, naturally blonde with highlights to hide the invading gray but does not look modern. I am 64 and want to look younger. I have a round face and am overweight.

Hi Louise. I saw your blog and wanted to send a comment as I am a similar age (61) and have medium length blonde hair too and am also a bit overweight with a round face. I really want to cut my hair short and have a complete change. I live in a hot climate and always wear my hair up which can look very aging.

I always think a woman looks younger and fresher with short hair and I just adore Sharon Stone's short cuts. I would say go for it!! Perhaps you have done it already? I would like to see a photo if poss.
