Our galleries feature mostly celebrities wearing short hair styles, which is okay as far as it goes - and we'll keep gathering celebrity photos like these.

But you need to know that a hair style you like is also a hair style you can count on in the real world - one that can stand up to the rigors of work, study, parties, families, meetings, all the demands and commitments in your life - and still look good!

A photo of a short hair style that's been carefully created by a team of stylists, photographers, makeup artists, lighting experts and publicists is one thing. A photo of a short hair style that you can actually wear might be something altogether different.

There are plenty of real women out there wearing real short hair styles. I see them every day as I walk around my local shops.

Beautiful short hair styles, cute short hair styles, practical, sexy, gorgeous short hair styles that really work ... in real life. Normal women doing normal things, and their hair is every bit as beautiful as any celebrity's photo you can name.
